Creating a Warehouse Receipt in CXTMS

1. Navigate to the Warehouse module
2. Click on "New Warehouse Receipt"
3. Fill in the required fields:
   • Select the customer from the dropdown or add a new customer
   • Enter cargo items details, including description, quantity, weight, and volume
   • Specify the storage location within the warehouse
   • Add any special handling instructions or notes
4. Review the information for accuracy
5. Click "Save" to generate the warehouse receipt

• Always verify the quantity and condition of goods against the shipping documents
• Take photos of damaged or unusual items for record-keeping

Inventory Management

After creating a warehouse receipt, the inventory items are automatically added to the system. You can view and manage these items in the Inventory module. The system tracks the quantity, weight, volume, and storage location of each item, allowing you to monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
