How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Which iOS versions are supported?

The CXTMS app requires iOS 16.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Go to Settings > CXTMS > Notifications and ensure "Allow Notifications" is enabled. Also check that Focus modes aren't suppressing alerts.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes β€” you can view previously loaded shipments offline. Changes will sync automatically once you reconnect.

How do I report a bug?

Shake your device while in the app to open the bug report form, or email us directly at support@cxtms.com.
