CalendarLink publishes a calendar's business hours and availability blocks as an RFC 5545 iCalendar feed. Each link has its own URL-safe token; deleting the link immediately revokes access.

Notification
Real-time notification entity. Notifications are org-scoped and can target a specific user or broadcast to all active users in the organization.
OrganizationConnection
The OrganizationConnection entity links two organizations inside the same CXTMS instance. The platform stores only the pair and an application-defined ConnectionType; what a type means (which contacts to create, what data to exchange) is up to the application that owns the link, through entity workflows triggered in the owner organization.
Secret
Encrypted key-value store for sensitive configuration values (API keys, tokens, credentials). Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and scoped to organizations via a qualified naming convention (org//{secretName}).
